Working Principle:

In the main unit of the high-pressure suspension roller grinding mill, the grinding roller assembly is suspended on the grinding roller hanger via a cross-arm shaft. The grinding roller hanger is fixedly connected to the main shaft and the blade frame. A pressure spring presses on the outer end face of the cantilever of the grinding roller bearing chamber, forcing the grinding roller tightly against the inner circular surface of the grinding ring with the cross-arm shaft as a pivot. When the main motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the transmission device, the blades mounted on the blade frame rotate synchronously with the grinding roller. The grinding roller rolls along the inner circle of the grinding ring while rotating around its own axis. The motor drives the analyzer to rotate through the transmission device; the higher the impeller speed, the finer the separated powder. To ensure the mill operates under negative pressure, the increased airflow is discharged into the bag filter through the residual air pipe between the fan and the main unit, and after purification, it is released into the atmosphere. The air classification airflow of the high-pressure suspension roller grinding mill circulates in a closed loop among the fan, mill shell, cyclone separator, and fan, so it produces less dust than high-speed centrifugal pulverizers, keeping the operating workshop clean and the environment pollution-free.
