即日起，本市将推行夜间机械清扫水洗、白天人工快速保洁捡脏的作业模式；垃圾运输车要每日清洗。本市要求加强垃圾容器和道路果皮箱管理，及时清掏，防止满冒，做好清理和擦拭工作。延长垃圾转运站开放时间，做到垃圾日产日清，定期进行消毒作业。针对夏季垃圾渗滤液大幅增加的情况，本市环卫车辆主要供货商福龙马公司从昨日起开始对市内两千余部车辆进行售后免费“体检”。市市容园林委环卫处处长张力介绍，如果条件允许，本市将优先引进高性能环卫车，让洒水、清扫作业像绣花一样精细，为市民提供整洁的卫生环境。
