At 6:50 AM on June 3, the reporter received a tip from a listener: A slope collapse occurred in the middle section between Tubazhai Tunnel and Yu'an Interchange on the East Second Ring Road. Currently, only one lane is passable at the scene. According to on-site traffic police, further collapse is possible, so please detour.
Notice from the Yunya Branch of Guiyang Traffic Management Bureau:
Due to last night's rainfall, a slope collapse occurred in the middle section between Tubazhai Tunnel and Yu'an Interchange on the East Second Ring Road towards the Second Brigade. Currently, only one and a half lanes are passable. The jurisdiction police have notified the emergency office to handle the situation; the Zhongba Interchange has deep standing water, making it inconvenient for small vehicles to pass, so detours are recommended.

Officer Zhou Long from the Yunya Branch of Guiyang Traffic Management Bureau advises: Currently, Yunya traffic police are diverting traffic at the Xintian Interchange. Drivers traveling on the North Second Ring Road should exit at the Xintian Interchange, drive along Xintian Avenue to Beijing East Road, and then enter the East Second Ring Road via the Yu'an Interchange. Vehicles on Xintian Avenue intending to enter the Xintian Interchange towards the airport should head towards the city on Xintian Avenue, then take Beijing East Road and the Yu'an Interchange to bypass the collapsed section.
