A construction process that uses pressure machinery to spray concrete onto the surface of components to increase their cross-section. It includes construction procedures such as steel bar anchoring, soil nails, steel bar tying, and concrete spraying.
I. Scope of application:
1. Applicable to enlarging the cross-section of beams, slabs, columns, and walls to improve bearing capacity, repairing components after fire, and reinforcing brick walls in brick-concrete structures

II. Shotcrete description
The strength grade of shotcrete for slope protection is C10-C50. This project adopts dry spraying technology, and the spraying machine model is PZ-5B. The dry spraying capacity of this machine is 5~5.5 m3/h, the conveying distance can reach 200 m horizontally and 40 m vertically, the motor power is 7.5 kW, and the air compressor working power supply is 380 V/75 kW. The rebound rate of concrete spraying is 25~35%.
Grade C10 raw materials for shotcrete. General material requirements: cement not lower than 425#, medium sand (moisture content controlled at 5%~7%), crushed stone particle size less than 15 mm, water source pressure 0.15~0.2 MPa, admixture (accelerator, dosage meeting design requirements). The construction mix proportion shall comply with the laboratory mix proportion requirements.
