派河大桥全长844米，主桥长238米，引桥长606米，共有桩基148根。据项目部相关负责人介绍，便道桥端头的23号桩基施工是整座大桥基础施工中的关键性环节，“因桩基地处稻田、鱼塘，深塘泥泞，路难垫，车难进，混凝土罐车更是难以靠近”。为此，项目部运来大量干硬渣土垫道，填渣土最深达5.6米，同时还利用厚钢板循环垫道，多方努力最终顺利完成所有桩基施工。
