Recently, the Zibo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau announced the 2015 integrity evaluation results for the survey and design industry. According to the evaluation, 5 units were rated AAA integrity level, and 10 units were rated B integrity level. Among them, 8 non-local survey and design units received a "yellow card" warning, and 2 non-local survey and design units received a "red card" warning.
From March 15, 2015 to March 15, 2016, the Zibo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau conducted an annual integrity evaluation of survey and design units in Zibo and non-local survey and design units entering Zibo. According to the evaluation, a total of 5 units were rated AAA integrity level, 49 units were rated AA integrity level, 18 units were rated A integrity level, and 10 units were rated B integrity level. Among them, 8 non-local survey and design units received a "yellow card" warning, and 2 non-local survey and design units received a "red card" warning.
It is reported that units with a B-level integrity evaluation result cannot process qualification upgrades or additional items within one year, are not allowed to participate in various evaluations for 2016, have their legal representative, main responsible person, and technical responsible person disqualified from participating in various evaluations for the year, and are ordered to rectify within a time limit of three months. They must submit a written rectification report to the Science and Technology Design Section of the Zibo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau before May 31. The rectification report should include cause analysis and measures to avoid similar problems in the future. In addition, during the rectification period, B-level units will not be able to process contract filing procedures and will be key targets for 2016 survey and design market inspections.
The Zibo Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau requires that non-local survey and design units receiving a "yellow card" warning should strengthen internal management and improve the design level of technical personnel. Non-local survey and design units receiving a "red card" warning are ordered to rectify within a time limit of six months, and during the rectification period, contract filing procedures will not be processed.
