Recently, it was learned from the Trade Union of China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. that after multiple rounds of selection, recommendation, qualification review, and OA voting, Zhang Di, project manager of the First Sub-division of the JMZQ-4 Section of the Shenzhen-Maoming Railway under the First Company, was named a “Model Worker” of the Group Company.
During his tenure as manager of the First Sub-division of the Shenzhen-Maoming Railway, he led all employees of the sub-division to complete an annual investment of more than 400 million yuan in 2015, finishing the full-year output value task 30 days ahead of schedule. He went to the front line, worked on site, and commanded from the front, breaking through difficulties in land acquisition and demolition, and opening up the “green channel” in the direction of the first girder erection at the large-chainage end three months ahead of schedule, ensuring that the track-laying and girder-erection unit could erect girders. He was resilient and faced difficulties with a sense of responsibility; all aspects of his work ranked among the best across the entire line, and he was repeatedly commended in circulars by higher authorities.
