On May 8, 2016, construction began on the first engineering pile of the Taizhou Tengda Center project, marking the official launch of the center's pile foundation project.
     As an important component of the Taizhou Central Business District, the project is one of the city's key construction projects and also a major Zhejiang merchant return project.
     The Taizhou Tengda Center project is located in the southwest corner of the Taizhou Central Business District, with a total investment of approximately 2.3 billion yuan and a site area of about 24,000 square meters. It consists of six high-rise buildings of 100 to 150 meters and some podium buildings, with a total construction area of approximately 280,000 square meters.
