上月中旬入汛以来，降雨不断。作为姚江东排入海区域，镇海承受着上游来水的排洪抗涝压力。该区各相关部门与镇(街道)合力，将河道生态修复与防汛排涝相结合，打通“节点”，大力推进水利基础建设，构筑一道坚实的防洪“安全坝”。
“从上月20日开始，我们就阶段性地对区内河道、山塘和水库进行预排泄。目前，区内主要山塘、水库水位均在汛限水位以下，蓄水量是汛限水位的80%左右”，区三防办负责人说。去年，23.1公里的姚江东排镇海段整治工程全部完工，全长24.2公里的镇海东排南线工程还剩下位于骆驼老城区的最后2公里，日前正准备进场施工。澥浦大闸泄洪外移工程、新泓口闸门外移工程等在紧张进行中，建成后将大大提升镇海区域洪水外排入海能力。
连日来，九龙湖镇组织相关人员，对29座山塘水库和28个地质灾害点，进行高频次的巡查、勘探。该区市政部门近期对招宝山、蛟川街道内污水主干管网进行大规模检测及清淤作业，并对城区的6座泵站、沿江44道防汛塘门逐一检查，所有设施设备处于良好运行状态。
