On April 28, the urban central heating project in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, undertaken by the Industrial Engineering Company of China MCC3 Group, officially broke ground. Chaoyang Mayor Yu Yanliang and China MCC3 Group General Manager Zhang Xingwu attended the groundbreaking ceremony.

The project is located in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and is planned to be divided by street sections into 9 construction sections, with each block having a construction period of about 1 month. The northern primary network main line covers a heating area of 13 million square meters, with a maximum pipe diameter of DN1200, and a newly built primary heating network with a total length (trenching) of 33,500 meters for pipes of DN250 and above. The scope of work undertaken by China MCC3 Group includes trench excavation and pipe foundations, supply and installation of directly buried pre-insulated pipes, pre-insulated pipe fittings, valves and compensators, trench backfilling and compaction, restoration of roads, municipal facilities and vegetation damaged by this project, as well as the construction of valve wells, air release wells, drain wells, fixed piers and other works.
