On March 1, the Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou First Division of China Railway Eighth Bureau Group Third Company successfully completed the drilled cast-in-place pile trial process test in Xiaji Town (chainage: DK251+237.586-DK251+270.236). The entire construction process was carried out in strict accordance with construction specifications, design, and supervision requirements. At the same time, the drilled pile process test is also part of the project department's scientific research work.
Through the test, it is possible to verify the actual geological data of the drilled piles; whether the type of drilling equipment is suitable and whether the machinery and personnel allocation is reasonable; whether the pouring process is appropriate and whether the methods for processing, transporting, hoisting, and installing the pile foundation reinforcement cages are reasonable; as well as the mud formula, drilling process, hole cleaning effect, and post-construction quality.
Under the careful organization and reasonable arrangements of the project department, this trial pile achieved the expected purpose and provided detailed data for the upcoming bridge pile foundation construction. Next, the project department will, as always, follow standardized and normalized construction requirements to complete all construction tasks with high quality, safety, and scientific efficiency.
