In 2016, we will carry out a mixed reorganization of the personnel of each office and the cutter wheel (double-wheel trench cutter) equipment service team, and will continuously improve the professional level of service personnel, thereby increasing service timeliness and reducing travel costs, striving to provide equipment users with more convenient and efficient service.

Mr. Li Zongping, head of the Equipment Division of Shanghai Yuanfang Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd., presented the cutter wheel team with a banner reading "Enthusiastic service, conscientious and responsible."
The gearbox of Shanghai Yuanfang Foundation Company's cutter wheel equipment was damaged. Due to the long delivery lead time, Bauer's cutter wheel service team took emergency measures and promptly contacted Bauer Singapore to gather spare parts. As there were no parts in stock, the Singapore company also contacted a local customer to temporarily borrow an old gearbox for emergency use and promptly sent a dedicated person to transport it to China. Shanghai Yuanfang affirmed our Customer Service Department's work attitude of caring about what customers care about, doing its utmost to meet customer needs, and ensuring the construction schedule. Bauer also thanks Shanghai Yuanfang for its support and recognition of our work. The cutter wheel team of the Customer Service Department will be reorganized in 2016, when service efficiency and timeliness will improve even more significantly. The Customer Service Department will uphold the service tenet of "Thoughtful service, friends forever" and continue to provide efficient, high-quality service.

The Bauer equipment of Shanghai Qiuyue Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was manufactured in 2008. After long-term use, the hydraulic and electrical systems were seriously aged, and the construction schedule was tight. The equipment needed to be delivered for use before New Year's Day, leaving only a little over ten days. Under these conditions, Bauer's overhaul group personnel worked in coordination with all company departments and the customer to overcome many difficulties, including weather, transportation, a tight schedule, and heavy tasks. They carried out work including full-vehicle electrical and hydraulic pipeline repairs and full-vehicle flow testing, and ultimately delivered the equipment for use ahead of schedule while ensuring quality and quantity.
