Recently, Shanghai Underground Space Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for Design Package 2 of the Phase II project of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18.
The Phase II project of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 18 is located in Baoshan District, with a line length of approximately 7 km and a total of 5 stations, all of which are underground. The total project investment is 67.5 million yuan. The Design Package 2 won by Shanghai Underground Space Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. covers the sub-item design of civil works (including architecture, decoration, structure, and waterproofing) and equipment (including environmental control, water supply and drainage and fire protection, power and lighting, and pipeline integration) as well as civil air defense disciplines for Aihui Road Station and Changbei Road Station. Among them, Aihui Road Station is an underground two-level island platform station with a single crossover track inside the station; Changbei Road Station is the terminal station, an underground two-level island platform station, with a single crossover track before the station and a reversing track after the station.
