In 2015, Zhongji Junhao entered its 13th year since establishment. Over 13 years, Zhongji Junhao has devoted itself to cultivating and meticulously building hundreds of pile foundation projects at home and abroad. In Hubei alone, in 2015, multiple high-quality pile foundation projects were successfully created in Wuhan, Huanggang, Hannan, Xishui, Caidian, and other places, setting quality benchmarks for urban construction.
In December 2015, the Country Garden City Garden Daye project is the 6th pile foundation project built by Zhongji Junhao in Hubei.
I. Project Overview
Country Garden City Garden · Park Lane is located in the southern part of the old urban area of Daye City, in the central part of Xiongjiazhou District. The project site is located east of Jinjing Road, west of National Highway 106, and south of Country Garden. The planned total land area is 139,659.10 m2, the net land area is 134,507.10 m2, and the total construction area (all included in floor area ratio) is 147,957.72 m2, including: residential construction area of 141,062.72 m2, commercial (street-front commercial) construction area of 5,985.00 m2, and public construction area of 910.00 m2. The plot ratio is 1.10.
II. Geographical Location
The project is located in Xiongjiazhou New District of Daye City, facing Qinglongshan Park across the lake, with outstanding natural resource advantages. It is an urban new district with future commercial and financial center as its core function. With its special location, it borders Yangxin to the east and is separated from Huangshi by water to the north, undertaking the development platform for the integrated development and integration of Huangshi, Daye, and Yangxin around Daye Lake. The future Huangshi-Wuhan intercity light rail will provide rapid connection to Wuhan, Ezhou, Huanggang, and other places within half an hour.
III. Engineering Quantity and Pile Types
The company undertakes the pile foundation engineering for 41 villas and 2 high-rise buildings in Phase II. The geological conditions are miscellaneous fill; muddy silty clay; silty clay; fine sand; gravelly medium-coarse sand; limestone. The pile tip bearing layer is: gravelly medium-coarse sand. The penetration into the bearing layer is 0.5 meters, and the effective pile length is 16~23 meters. The designed pile type for villas is PHC-A500-100, and it is planned to use one static pressure pile driver and two hammer pile drivers for alternating construction. The high-rise buildings are designed with a pile diameter of 800, and the stratum is limestone karst cave stratum. It is planned to use impact drilling rig hole-forming technology.
IV. Progress
After winning the bid, the Zhongji Junhao project department, in accordance with company requirements, quickly organized preliminary preparations such as interface coordination, drawing analysis, and equipment mobilization. On December 11, 2015, the Daye Country Garden pile foundation project kicked off amid the roar of machinery.
