In order to implement the spirit of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council Forwarding the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission and the People's Bank of China on Promoting the Government and Social Capital Cooperation Model in the Field of Public Services (Guobanfa [2015] No. 42) and the Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Sichuan Province on Promoting the Government and Social Capital Cooperation Model in the Field of Public Services (Chuanfufa [2015] No. 45), and to accelerate the implementation of government and social capital cooperation projects with “high standards, standardization and multiple fields”, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance and the Sichuan Provincial Development and Reform Commission organized municipal (prefecture) governments, governments of counties (cities) with expanded powers and relevant departments to screen out a batch of projects with preliminary cooperation intentions in the fields of infrastructure, public utilities, agriculture, forestry and social undertakings. The “Sichuan Province Government and Social Capital Cooperation” Project Information Release Form has now been formed and is publicly released to society.

　　A total of 756 projects are released this time, with an estimated total investment of 697.526 billion yuan, involving various industry sectors, distributed as follows: 10 energy projects with a total investment of 4.3 billion yuan; 105 transportation projects with a total investment of 283.243 billion yuan; 31 water conservancy projects with a total investment of 36.139 billion yuan; 215 municipal public utility projects with a total investment of 142.941 billion yuan; 23 public transportation projects with a total investment of 34.351 billion yuan; 115 environmental protection projects with a total investment of 39.118 billion yuan; 6 agricultural projects with a total investment of 385 million yuan; 66 affordable housing projects with a total investment of 61.886 billion yuan; 38 medical and health projects with a total investment of 13.08 billion yuan; 23 elderly care projects with a total investment of 10.376 billion yuan; 53 education projects with a total investment of 20.397 billion yuan; 26 cultural projects with a total investment of 4.976 billion yuan; and 45 other projects with a total investment of 46.334 billion yuan.
