Feasibility Study Report for Anhui's Yangtze-to-Huaihe Water Diversion Project Approved

　　11月11日，国家重大跨省、跨流域调水工程——引江济淮工程的可行性研究报告顺利通过水利部审议，这标志着引江济淮工程前期工作取得重要进展。

　　引江济淮工程沟通长江、淮河两大流域，穿越皖江城市带、合肥经济圈和中原经济区三大区域，地跨皖豫2省14个市55个县(市、区)，输水线路总长1048.68公里，其中利用现有河湖长634.01公里，疏浚扩挖200.01公里，新开明渠114.66公里。工程开发任务为以城乡供水、发展江淮航运为主，结合农业灌溉补水，兼顾改善巢湖及淮河水生态环境等综合利用，由引江济巢、江淮沟通、江水北送三段组成。工程总投资超800亿元。

　　引江济淮工程是2014年5月国务院要求加快推进的172项节水供水重大水利工程之一，今年3月国务院正式批准该工程立项，其可行性研究报告于11月3日通过水利部水利水电规划设计总院审查并将技术审查意见上报水利部。
