On November 17, the Chinese International Channel of China Central Television (CCTV-4) program "China News" provided timely coverage of "XCMG Representing Chinese Equipment in Brazil."
The CCTV reporting team conducted on-site filming at XCMG's Brazil manufacturing base and interviewed Mr. Agnaldo Perugini, Mayor of Pouso Alegre, Brazil; Mr. Li Qianjin, General Manager of XCMG Brazil Manufacturing; and Mr. Renato Silva, a Brazilian customer. From multiple perspectives, the report showcased China's strong strides from a major manufacturing country toward a manufacturing powerhouse, and demonstrated how XCMG, with "internationalization" and "innovation-driven" development as strategic breakthroughs, has launched "Made in China" on a "high-end journey" in the global construction machinery industry. The report noted that in recent years, with the rise of China's manufacturing industry, giant enterprises represented by XCMG Group have begun to enter the international market, and Chinese equipment has gradually become a new calling card for Made in China. Li Qianjin, General Manager of XCMG Brazil Manufacturing, said in an interview that XCMG Group has had a presence in Brazil for 11 years. XCMG products offer reliable quality and high cost-effectiveness, and upon entering Brazil they quickly broke the local monopoly of European and American brands, providing customers with better products and services and unswervingly following a high-end international development path. Mr. Agnaldo Perugini, Mayor of Pouso Alegre, highly praised XCMG. He said that XCMG has not only built a factory locally, but has also taken root here, developed here, and helped local residents develop together. The arrival of XCMG Group is an important milestone in the economic development of Pouso Alegre in this century.
