Working Principle of the Grinding Mill

The power of the main motor is reduced through a gear reducer and then drives the central shaft and the grinding roller assembly hanger fixed on the central shaft to rotate. Under the action of centrifugal force, the grinding roller assembly swings horizontally around the vertical shaft, causing the grinding rollers to press outward in parallel against the grinding ring. The material scooped up by the blade is ground on the working surface between the grinding rollers and the grinding ring. The ground fine powder is carried by the airflow from the blower into the analyzer at the upper part of the main unit for classification. Powder that does not reach the required fineness falls back into the main unit chamber for re-grinding, while finished product with qualified particle size enters the cyclone powder collector with the airflow for collection.
