【微评】公开招投标是我国重大工程建设的一项重要制度。此次审计的5条高速公路却存在未依法公开招投标问题，显示出招投标制度在某些地方、某些领域、某些工程中被束之高阁的尴尬。“楼歪歪”、“桥脆脆”、“路脆脆”时有发生，显示出工程领域腐败仍易发高发，招投标制度得不到落实就是一个重要原因。看来，做到公开公正招投标、细化相关监督检查、加强评标专家库建设力度、建立并完善市场推出和从严惩处机制，仍是有关方面的一项紧迫任务。
