区城乡建委负责人介绍，此次排查重点是存在重大危险源的项目和高大模板支撑体系、深基坑等重点部位和关键环节。区城乡建委将聘请重庆市质检总站、市建设工程施工安全管理总站和市城乡建委安全专家库专家到现场检查指导，“现场把脉”，根据专家意见，科学进行重大危险源治理。
对排查中发现隐患的项目，区城乡建委将采取立即停工限期整改的措施，对在整改时限内未完成整改的项目，还将约谈企业法人。
