记者在B5标段看到，施工区域一边是原老外环桥体，一边是通往雅山的大坡，另一边又是最近距离不到10厘米的居民住房。
据朱文明介绍，B5标段最难的就是宝山路-雅山大坡10个桩基的挖凿。一个桩基正常情况下3小时能旋挖完成，而目前靠人工挖凿1小时只能挖1厘米的深度，一天的进度最多20厘米。
为不影响施工进度，他们一个办法是采取用火烧岩石产生高温，再用稀释的醋瞬间冷却，然后进行人工挖凿；另一个办法就是用强酸浸泡，看是否能把岩石钙化后，再人工挖凿。
