1 建立工作装置几何模型
将UG建立的工作装置实体模型，导入NX MASTERFEM前处理器提取其中面，因为实体模型不重视几何体之间的连接性，因此需要对提取的中面进行缝补使其几何相联，同时在模型中保留需要用一维有限元单元来模拟的部分实体，如钻杆、绳索等，处理好的几何模型见图1。
