深圳一直在打造“绿色建筑之都”。据深圳市绿色建筑协会秘书长王向昱介绍，根据深圳市政府工作部署，今年我市将加速推进绿色建筑规模化发展。《办法》从项目立项、绿色建筑设计、竣工验收、绿色装修、绿色物业管理等多个方面对全市绿色建筑的建设作出了具体的规定。
此外，为了推动城市建设转型升级，根据《办法》，对获得绿色建筑、绿色建材、绿色市政设施、绿色施工等认证的社会投资项目，市建设主管部门可按照有关规定予以补贴。而不合“绿色”要求的，将由建设行政主管部门责令限期改正，并处5万元以上20万元以下罚款等。
