According to staff, the Panlong River railway underpass interchange project, a key node connecting the east and west sections of the Panlong River Greenway, involves a total investment of more than 3 million yuan and is being implemented by the Yanzhou Track Maintenance Section. At present, the construction unit has entered the site and is carrying out work including clearing road attachments and constructing temporary access roads. The project is expected to be fully completed in early October. Its implementation will further open up the Panlong River road corridor and better serve the development of the Lecheng District in the north of the city.
