Recently, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development announced the winning projects of the 2015 National Green Building Innovation Award. Four national green building evaluation label projects recommended by our department received this award.

Among the winning projects announced this time, three projects from our province won the Second Prize of the 2015 National Green Building Innovation Award: the “Shangqiu Huihao Tianxia” project developed by Shangqiu Sansong Real Estate Co., Ltd.; the “Zhumadian Zhidi Tianzhong First City Residential Community (Phase I and Phase II)” project completed by Henan Zhidi Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.; and the “Luoyang Xintiandi·Red Sun Garden” project completed by Luoyang Xintiandi Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. The “Anyang Construction Building” project completed by the Anyang Architectural Design and Research Institute won the Third Prize of the 2015 National Green Building Innovation Award.
