消除内泄：对老机械液压部件进行试验台检测，若工作压力不足、功率不够、变量不稳或不变量、内泄严重的液压部件应进行拆检，检查液压元件的磨损程度是否达到极限，然后根据具体情况更换元件以缓解和消除内泄。对不易更换的偶件，那就要考虑主体部件的更换或改装了。
改善液压散热，因液压内泄量增加，增大散热负载。增强散热系统散热量也是降低液压油温度的一条途径。
选择优质液压油来实现减少温升、降低油液粘度及其它功能。
