毕马威对335名来自5个行业的企业高管进行了调查。以总部在中国、美国、日本、德国及英国的受访者当中，59%至89%的受访者表示未来两年会增加在本土市场的采购。以日本、德国及英国为例，受访者均以中国为本土市场以外的首选采购地。
毕马威中国合伙人岑文光认为，中国仍然是全球经济增长最快的地区，对多个行业而言亦是其中一个最理想的投资地点，因此中国继续吸引着全球制造业企业来华投资。
