据了解，为鼓励推进绿色建筑，确保既有居住建筑节能改造工作顺利进行，济南市规定既有建筑节能改造配套资金由市、区（县）共同承担，其中市级补贴25元每平方米，区级补贴20元每平方米。此外，《通知》还要求尝试多种机制、手段拓宽融资渠道，引入和动员社会资金，开创公共建筑节能改造工作新局面。
