总体来看，今年以来建材商品出口延续去年以来的较快增长态势，但更多体现在价格上涨。一季度，建材商品出口离岸价格同比平均上涨24.1%，剔除价格因素，实际仅增长0.2%。一方面，说明出口商品的结构在优化，产品质量和服务品质在提升；但另一方面，也说明出口的压力在增大，不稳定、不确定的因素依然较多，出口形势不容乐观。今年2月份和3月份，占建材商品出口一半的建筑卫生陶瓷和建筑用石已连续两个月出口数量下降，如今年3月份当月建筑卫生陶瓷出口数量同比下降7%，建筑用石出口数量同比下降23%。
