The construction of the Xingfu Greenbelt is a major initiative by our city to implement the ecological civilization strategy, and is of great significance for improving residents' living environment, optimizing urban spatial structure, and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. Departments at all levels must follow the unified deployment and requirements of the municipal party committee and municipal government, adhere to scientific planning guidance, improve construction plans, make solid and detailed arrangements, advance steadily item by item, and ensure implementation one by one, to guarantee the launch of the Xingfu Greenbelt construction project by the end of the year.

2015 is a crucial year for the construction of the Xingfu Greenbelt. Currently, the regulatory detailed planning and urban design for the core area of the greenbelt are being revised and improved; plans for the Xingfu Greenbelt, utility tunnel, underground development, and traffic organization have begun to be formulated; and the conditions for the full-scale launch of the Xingfu Greenbelt construction are basically mature. Land acquisition for the greenbelt will be fully completed by the end of June, and greenbelt construction will start by the end of December.

It is reported that land acquisition for the greenbelt is currently in its final stages. The land within the greenbelt area totals 1,134 mu, with an overall building area of approximately 990,000 square meters. More than 600 mu of land have been leveled so far. Meanwhile, resettlement work is proceeding in an orderly manner; the resettlement housing project is implementing pile foundation work and test piles, ensuring that residents can return to their resettled homes on schedule.
