After New Year's Day, the seven major infrastructure project packages with a total investment of over 10 trillion yuan, approved by the State Council at the end of last year, will be gradually unveiled. Some projects and specific projects by province have already been determined. For example, the transportation program has a total of 203 projects, accounting for nearly half of the total; Zhejiang Province has been allocated 26 individual projects among the seven major project packages.
The seven major project packages specifically include: major networks such as information, power grids, oil and gas; health and elderly care services; ecological and environmental protection; clean energy; grain and water conservancy; transportation; and oil, gas and mineral resource security.
Judging from the information disclosed so far, the seven major project packages are both macro policies and industrial policies, creating a superimposed effect. If follow-up measures are appropriate, the seven major project packages will generate a combined force for "stabilizing growth" and "adjusting structure."
