On the morning of January 7, the Construction Command of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Industrial Park Project held its fourth monthly meeting to hear reports on project progress and study solutions to existing problems. Guo Yuanjun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, emphasized the need to go all out to accelerate progress, focus on breaking bottlenecks, improve the promotion mechanism, and continuously maintain a state of striving for success, the drive to overcome difficulties, and a pragmatic and hard-working style, so as to ensure that the construction of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Industrial Park advances smoothly according to the time nodes. Wang Kun, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor, presided over the meeting.

Since the implementation of the monthly meeting system for the construction of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Industrial Park Project, through the establishment of working mechanisms such as weekly notifications, biweekly on-site office work, and monthly meetings, a large number of difficulties encountered in project construction, including funding, demolition, land, and planning, have been coordinated and resolved, pushing the construction of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Industrial Park Project onto a path of virtuous development. At present, the constructive detailed planning and design for the 209-mu supporting facility land in the Menghui Xudu area has been initially completed; 200 piles have been completed in the pile foundation construction of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Performance Center; 16 dewatering wells have been completed; 160 linear meters of slope support construction have been completed; and the scenario drama has been adjusted, improved, and upgraded.

After hearing reports from Weidu District, Changrui Company, and relevant departments, Guo Yuanjun fully affirmed the achievements of the previous stage and put forward three requirements for the next stage of work. First, go all out to accelerate progress. Weidu District and Changrui Company must overcome difficulties, and relevant municipal units must cooperate closely. Under the premise of ensuring safety and quality, they must make scientific arrangements, reverse the construction schedule, carry out cross-construction, and go all out to accelerate project construction progress, ensuring that the pile foundation project, slope support, and lower foundation pit earthwork treatment are completed before the Spring Festival. Second, focus on breaking bottlenecks. Funding guarantees must be strengthened to ensure the smooth progress of project construction and demolition work. Top-level design must be done well, and the demolition compensation and resettlement plan must be revised and improved to provide policy guarantees for the demolition and resettlement of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Industrial Park. Procedures must be handled faster, and the "green channel" must continue to be opened to provide strong support for project construction. Construction environment governance must be strengthened, and those who deliberately sabotage or interfere with key project construction must be resolutely cracked down on. Third, improve the promotion mechanism. Starting next month, the joint meeting system of the office of the Construction Command of the Three Kingdoms Cultural Industrial Park Project will be implemented to sort out and summarize the issues that need to be submitted to the monthly meeting, ensuring that the monthly meeting is more targeted and resolves more practical problems. At the same time, the supervision offices of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision Bureau must establish ledgers for key matters, intensify supervision, and continuously track effectiveness.
