In light of the actual situation of the construction market in Fuxin City, through various forms such as surveys, seminars, and discussions, it has taken technological innovation in high, precise, and advanced large-scale projects as the focus of research, continuously guided construction enterprises in Fuxin City to apply new technologies, further improved the enterprise technical standards system, and enabled construction enterprises in Fuxin City to rely on scientific and technological progress to stimulate creativity, ensuring the continuous improvement of construction quality and achieving remarkable results.

Currently, Fuxin City has promoted and applied 8 new construction technologies. First, adhesive exterior wall insulation systems, aluminum alloy window thermal break technology, double-glazed and triple-glazed energy-saving plastic-steel windows, and high-strength steel bar application technology have been widely used; second, composite soil nail wall support technology, long spiral drilling pressure-grouted piles, screw piles, CFG pile composite foundations, prestressed pipe piles, and steel bar straight thread connection technology have been extensively applied; third, crack control technology for mass concrete construction based on double-mixing technology and primarily controlled by insulation and moisture retention has been widely recognized and applied; fourth, unbonded (bonded) prestressing is often used in large-span structures; fifth, attached lifting scaffolds, disc-buckle type steel pipe scaffolds and support frames technology; sixth, metal rectangular air duct thin steel plate flange connection, non-metallic composite air duct construction technology, and pre-branch cable technology are also not uncommon; seventh, the production base for cement polystyrene formwork lattice concrete wall construction technology has been initially established, and demonstration projects such as factory buildings and office buildings with formwork lattice concrete structures have been basically completed; eighth, some shear wall structure residential construction has also introduced assembled large formwork technology.

At the same time, in addition to vigorously promoting the application of new construction technologies, Fuxin City also actively strives to create provincial-level new technology application science and technology demonstration projects in the construction industry. Up to now, Fuxin City has successively had "Fukuang Group General Hospital Surgical Building", "Haizhou District Administrative Service Center", and "Two Pavilions and One Center" projects awarded as provincial-level new technology application science and technology demonstration projects in the construction industry. In 2014, the "Citizen Service Center" project applied for by Fuxin City has now completed the application of multiple new technologies.
