When acquiring the land, Jiaxin Real Estate stated that the project has obvious advantages in terms of transportation location, surrounding facilities, and development potential, and Shunde's "one city, three areas" plan also points out the direction for the future development of the Xingtan area.

Local hot-selling branded projects such as Midea Times City currently sell for about 6,000 yuan per square meter.
