Preliminary preparations for Phase II of the Yingbin Road Viaduct Project have begun, and construction will start in the near future to further improve the road network in the western part of the city.
Phase II starts in the east at the Beiluguan Toll Station on the Third Ring Expressway, crosses the Third Ring Expressway and the dedicated railway line to the west, and ends in the west at the northern extension of Zhongyang Street in the Shenyang Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total length is 2,034 meters, including a 1,900-meter elevated bridge section. The bridge is designed with six lanes in both directions on the deck. The ground roads inside the Third Ring include both motor vehicle lanes and non-motor vehicle lanes, while the bridge section outside the Third Ring is fully elevated.
At present, preparations for Phase II of the Yingbin Road Viaduct have begun. Construction workers are carrying out preliminary work including material delivery to the site and rebar tying, preparing for pile foundation and substructure construction of the bridge. In the future, after the project is completed, residents will find it more convenient to travel from the urban area to the Shaling area and the Xinmin area.
