It is reported that the Du'an Miluotuo Resort Hotel project is located in the Hedong New District of the county seat of Du'an Yao Autonomous County. Due to the incomplete basic supporting facilities in the new district and the excessive rainfall in the first half of this year, certain difficulties have been brought to the project construction. To this end, the local government departments have strengthened communication and coordination with the construction party, enhanced tracking services, and tried every means to solve the difficulties and problems encountered in construction, ensuring the construction progress.
It is understood that the hotel is a major investment project introduced by Du'an in 2014 and also a tribute project for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the autonomous county. The project has a total investment of 200 million yuan, covers an area of 50 mu, and plans to build a standard five-star hotel integrating leisure, entertainment, accommodation, and business. To ensure delivery before the county celebration, in recent days, more than 300 builders at the project construction site have given up holidays such as National Day and weekends, working overtime on the front line to fully advance the project construction progress. At the same time, relevant departments of the county have gone deep into the construction front line to guide the work throughout the process, assisting in solving difficulties encountered in project construction and seizing the progress of the project. As of the end of September, the project has completed the pile foundation of the main building, the basement (negative first floor), and the framework construction of the second floor, with a cumulative investment of 85 million yuan.
After completion, it can accommodate 1,100 people for banquets and meetings simultaneously and provide 230 parking spaces. The construction content includes a hotel main building with 5 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, and 120 villa-style guest rooms, with a total construction area of more than 41,000 square meters. The project has large investment and high standards, and is the first five-star hotel in Du'an. After completion, it will effectively improve Du'an's tourism service environment and further promote the development of Du'an's modern service industry.
