As the first project of Guangdong Haijunda Real Estate Group's shift into commercial real estate, Foshan Shunde Haijunda City is an important part of the group's diversified development layout. The project has a total volume of 500,000 square meters, and its 208-meter-high main building is Ronggui's "first height." However, since construction began in September 2012, a full two years have passed, and the project is still in the early construction stage of excavation and piling.
The project is located south of Guizhou Avenue Middle and west of Jiaoyu Road in Zhenhua Community, Ronggui Subdistrict, Shunde District, adjacent to Wenta Park and directly facing the already opened 80,000-square-meter Ronggui Tianyou City. It is in Ronggui's core business area.
The project is surrounded by hoarding walls, with the slogan "A new city landmark, Haijunda City is about to set sail" posted on the walls. Entering the construction site, the reporter found the project area to be open and empty, with many machines operating on site but no main building visible, showing that the project is still in the excavation and piling stage.

Haijunda City pushes Ronggui's commercial complex to a new height
It is understood that Haijunda City covers an area of 65,000 square meters, with a total gross floor area of more than 510,000 square meters. The project is named Haijunda City Plaza, abbreviated as Haijunda City. It includes a super-high-rise headquarters building with a helipad, high-end residences, an international five-star hotel, Grade A office buildings and a shopping mall, and is a large urban complex project.
Among them, the total area of Haijunda City's shopping center is about 120,000 square meters, planned as four floors of commercial space plus two floors of underground parking. The mall's operations are divided into four major categories: shopping, dining, culture and entertainment. It is expected to target mainly mid-to-high-end customers, and will feature Shunde's largest dual-giant-screen cinema, a large food court, and a concentration of well-known domestic and international clothing retail brands, home and lifestyle goods, children's play and other businesses.
In addition, there is a 50,000-square-meter international ultra-five-star hotel — Hilton — with 330 luxury guest rooms of various types and a large banquet hall that can accommodate more than 120 tables; 130,000 square meters of 5A Grade A office space, consisting of Shunde's tallest 208-meter super-high-rise main tower office building and two auxiliary buildings; and 100,000 square meters of high-end residences.
Judging from the commercial volume and the project's planning, Haijunda City, this commercial giant, will push Ronggui's commercial complex to a new height and is bound to play a major role in the formation of the Ronggui business district.
