1. Continuous flight auger rig operators shall be trained and qualified, and hold certificates to work.
2. Equipment entering the site shall meet construction requirements; a trial run test shall be conducted before formal drilling, and the equipment inspection form shall be submitted to the supervision unit.
3. Detailed work instructions for the drilling process shall be prepared, and technical disclosure shall be carried out level by level. Mechanical equipment shall have operating procedures, and construction records shall be kept during the drilling process.
4. During drilling, the drill pipe shall not be reversed or lifted before the design elevation is reached. If reversal or lifting of the drill pipe is required under special circumstances, the drill pipe shall be lifted to the ground surface, and the drill bit flap valve shall be re-cleared and closed. Operators shall strictly control the lowering speed and rotation speed of the auger bit: for each full rotation of the bit thread, the bit shall descend by one pitch, so that the two are matched.
5. The CFG pile installation sequence shall proceed laterally from the center line of the route to both sides in order, and longitudinally from structures or boundary points along the route direction.
6. Before drilling begins, carefully check whether the air hole at the top of the core pipe is unobstructed, whether the concrete delivery hose joints are in good condition, and whether there is any twisting.
7. During hole formation, if the drill pipe is found to sway or penetration is slow, the penetration rate shall be slowed down to prevent pile hole deviation, displacement, and damage to the drill pipe and drilling tools.
8. The pile rig operator and on-site control personnel shall cooperate closely, mainly controlling pile length and entry into the bearing stratum according to design requirements and the supplementary drilling geological section drawing.
