In order to better leverage the performance of the drill rig, the company dispatched a professional service team composed of marketing, technical, and after-sales personnel to the construction front line to guide the customer in its use and to train the customer's operators. The company's after-sales service personnel gradually guided the customer in fully purchasing the rig's supporting equipment, on-site installation and scheduling, and auxiliary materials for anchor cable hole formation, and carefully studied the geological report. In response to this stratum, they proposed a corresponding construction plan. The drill rig successfully carried out construction, with a hole-forming speed exceeding 20 meters per hour.
