       On the morning of August 15, the "Yutong Heavy Industries Full-Casing Drilling Rig Product Promotion Conference" was grandly held at the Huachen International Hotel in Chongqing. Guo Xudong, General Manager of the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division of Yutong Heavy Industries, together with the division's sales, technical, and after-sales service personnel, gathered with more than 120 pile foundation construction experts from across the country, including Guo Chuanxin, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Pile Driving Association; Hao Xinmin, President of the Foundation Engineering Branch of the Chongqing Construction Industry Association; Ji Guoqiang, a full-casing construction expert from Taiwan; Liu Fuhua, General Manager of Kunming Jiecheng Pile Engineering Co., Ltd.; and Luo Qijian, Chairman of Macau Junhe Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd., to jointly discuss the latest technological frontiers in pile foundation construction and look ahead to the industry's future development directions.

       The promotion conference officially began at 9:30 a.m. Guo Xudong, General Manager of the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division of Yutong Heavy Industries, delivered the opening address, introducing the company's recent developments and noting that as the social economy continues to develop and people's environmental awareness keeps rising, demands for living quality will also grow ever higher, and therefore the foundation construction industry faces new research topics. After thoroughly investigating various construction techniques at home and abroad, Yutong Heavy Industries established a project team composed of several Ph.D. holders, which spent two years completing the development of the YTCR200 full-casing drilling rig. Mr. Guo stated that innovation is the driving force supporting Yutong Heavy Industries' forward development, and that "thinking what customers think, caring about what customers care about, and creating greater value for customers" is the most fundamental business philosophy of Yutong Heavy Industries.        Next, Guo Chuanxin, Deputy Secretary-General of the China Pile Driving Association, first introduced the latest pile construction techniques at home and abroad and described the characteristics of full-casing drilling rigs. He said: "The full-casing drilling rig can be described as a 'universal drilling rig' that can adapt to various working conditions with complex geology, and its construction results in pebble and karst cave geology are particularly outstanding. At present, this type of drilling rig has developed very maturely abroad, but in our country it is still in the growth stage." Deputy Secretary-General Guo concluded by expressing the hope that Yutong Heavy Industries would give full play to its outstanding talent and technical advantages, develop more new products, and meet the needs of various types of foundation construction.

       Subsequently, Feng Qin, Director of the Technical Department of the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division, introduced Yutong Heavy Industries' comprehensive foundation construction equipment, and Xu Jianzhu, Project Manager of Full-Casing Drilling Rigs of the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division, focused on a detailed introduction of Yutong Heavy Industries' new pile engineering product — the YTCR200 full-casing drilling rig. Xu Jianzhu stated that the Yutong Heavy Industries YTCR200 full-casing drilling rig is a new, environmentally friendly, and highly efficient drilling rig that integrates mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control, can adapt to construction in various different strata, can solve difficult problems that other drilling rigs cannot, and can be widely used in projects such as urban subways, secant piles for deep foundation pit retaining, clearance of abandoned piles (underground obstacles), high-speed rail, road and bridge, and urban construction pile work, and reinforcement of reservoirs and dams.

       Finally, the attending guest and Taiwan foundation construction expert Ji Guoqiang said in his speech that while participating in the obstacle-clearing construction of Yutong Heavy Industries' YTCR200 full-casing drilling rig in Shanghai, he was "amazed" by the rig's highly efficient construction performance. Ji Guoqiang said: "I hope Yutong Heavy Industries can further perfect and fully equip its full-casing drilling rigs, and make greater contributions to domestic foundation construction users!"

       After the meeting, all attending guests went to a construction site in Chongqing to observe on site the construction process of the Yutong Heavy Industries YTCR200 full-casing drilling rig; its powerful performance and extremely high operating efficiency left a deep impression on the audience.

       After the meeting, our magazine's reporter conducted an exclusive interview with Guo Xudong, General Manager of the Foundation Engineering Machinery Business Division of Yutong Heavy Industries. It was learned from Mr. Guo that this product developed by Yutong Heavy Industries is uniquely targeted at high backfill soil structures, karst landforms, and complex landforms mixed with rock layers, soil layers, and sand layers. In the southwestern region, hole formation is mostly dry, whereas in the north, mud slurry wall protection is mostly used for hole formation, which causes relatively serious pollution and higher treatment costs. At present, regions such as Europe, Hong Kong, and Macau no longer permit mud slurry wall protection construction. Therefore, developing this product can not only solve difficult problems in various geological strata, but the processes and methods involved will also be a major future development trend. Mr. Guo explained that the product promotion conference was chosen to be held in Chongqing not only because of Chongqing's special geological structure, but also because the first full-casing drilling rig was used in construction in Chongqing, with very remarkable results. At present, for the 65-meter full casing under construction in Chongqing, judging from test data and experimental data, the product's performance has reached the international leading level, with some parameters surpassing first-class international brands, winning unanimous praise from users. Yutong Heavy Industries is at the domestic leading level in the variety of pile engineering machinery and in its comprehensive strength in research and development and production. Regarding this product's market share next year, Mr. Guo is very confident: "Next year, we will strive to become number one in the industry!"
