A total of 154 used construction machinery items were declared for this auction, including 8 items of foreign equipment entering the zone for inspection and 146 items of domestic equipment entering the zone for record-filing. On the premise of complying with laws, regulations and work instructions, the inspectors actively communicated with the staff of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers (Beijing) Co., Ltd., and gave full consideration and proper answers to some questions and difficulties raised by the enterprise before and after the auction.

       Building on previous work, during the record-filing of used construction machinery and their successive entry into the auction venue, the Beijing Bureau dispatched personnel multiple times to the equipment storage sites for on-site inspection. In light of the cargo flow direction and operational procedures of used construction machinery, they sorted out four types of cargo flow: foreign goods auctioned to domestic buyers, foreign goods auctioned to foreign buyers, domestic goods auctioned to domestic buyers, and domestic goods auctioned to foreign buyers. In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Frontier Health Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementing rules, necessary sanitary treatment was carried out on all inbound used equipment to prevent the introduction of epidemics and diseases. At the same time, according to different sources, different flow directions and different types of used construction machinery, the inspectors promptly issued corresponding documents to ensure that after the auction was completed, domestic and foreign buyers could complete customs clearance procedures more conveniently and smoothly.
