近日，中央组织部干部五局和国务院国资委企干一局受中央组织部委托，宣布中央关于宝钢集团有限公司总经理调整的决定：陈德荣同志任宝钢集团有限公司总经理。
此前担任宝钢集团总经理的是何文波，截至目前，官方并未对他的去向有披露，而宝钢集团董事长徐乐江仍在职。
资料显示，今年53岁的陈德荣早年曾管理杭州钢铁厂、浙江冶金集团（杭州钢铁集团公司），有多年钢铁行业背景，此后他历任嘉兴市长、市委书记；浙江省副省长，温州市委书记，浙江省委常委等职。
