On the morning of July 10, the launch ceremony of the 3rd “Fusite Cup” China Dream Green Building Design Competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Competition”) and the award ceremony of the 2nd Competition kicked off at the Pazhou Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. Mr. Luo Hongliang, representative of the Competition judges; Ms. Cai Pei, representative of the participating instructors; Ms. Ma Ping, Director of Shejiqun.com; Mr. Ren Jiming, Marketing Director of Fusite New Materials Technology Development Co., Ltd.; and numerous renowned architectural designers and representatives of teachers and students from architecture departments of higher education institutions gathered together. Awards were presented on site, and the opening ceremony of the “Fusite Cup” Competition was witnessed.
　　The 2nd Competition attracted more than 1,000 design students from over 150 institutions across the country, while more than 80,000 designers followed it through the online platform, and it received widespread attention from society. On this basis, the 3rd Competition in 2014, hosted by the China Coatings Industry Association and jointly organized by Fusite and Shejiqun.com, will uphold the purpose of previous competitions, actively respond to the call of National Document No. 1, the “Green Building Action Plan,” and drive the community of Chinese designers to introduce the latest green building and design concepts, select green and environmentally friendly materials, and promote the development of China’s green buildings from the source of the industry.
