On July 16, the first pile foundation of the Shaying River QL-01 Project undertaken by China Railway 15th Bureau Group No.1 Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway Construction Corporation was successfully poured, marking the full-scale launch of construction within the contract section.

The Shaying River QL-01 Section undertaken by No.1 Engineering Co., Ltd. mainly consists of the Jieshou City Dongsheng Road Bridge connecting line. The bridge crosses the Shaying River with a total length of 824.5 meters. The main bridge adopts a (75+128+75) meter variable cross-section prestressed concrete continuous girder and is the controlling works of the entire Shaying River QL-01 Section. The pile foundation constructed this time is located on the left bank of the Shaying River, with a designed pile length of 50 meters and a pile diameter of 2 meters. It adopts circulating drilling technology for hole formation and one-time pouring of 160 m3 of C25 underwater concrete. Because the project is located in a peri-urban area, land acquisition and demolition are difficult, and the technical difficulty is high, it has attracted much attention since mobilization. To ensure smooth construction, technical personnel tracked the entire process from pile foundation excavation to pile hole formation, from raw material entry to concrete mix proportion selection, and from mixing station batching to on-site construction, strictly controlling safety and quality.

The smooth pouring of the first pile foundation not only opened up the working face within the contract section, but also obtained a large amount of test data and construction process parameters, which will facilitate guidance for later large-scale construction and have important guiding significance for the next step of construction work. At present, participating employees are further strengthening on-site management and external coordination, striving to achieve greater breakthroughs in process innovation and land acquisition and demolition at various work sites.
