"Oilfield Manufacturing" Highly Favored by Chinese and Foreign Merchants
The five-day First China-Russia Expo and the 25th "Harbin International Trade Fair" came to a close, and the four major categories and nearly one hundred high-tech and innovative products displayed by Daqing Oilfield were highly favored by domestic and foreign enterprises. On July 7, a reporter learned from the oilfield that at this expo, Daqing Oilfield successfully signed 21 orders, with a total contract value of 318 million yuan.
In order to "go global" and find new economic growth points, and also to perfectly showcase the overall advantages and overall level of Daqing Oilfield to the world, Daqing Oilfield has participated in the "Harbin International Trade Fair" for 10 consecutive years, carefully designing its booth and arranging its display stands in advance. At this year's First China-Russia Expo and the 25th "Harbin International Trade Fair," the Market Development Department of the Oilfield Company acted ahead of time and made careful preparations. At the expo, the booth of "PetroChina Daqing Oilfield" was designed in a simple and elegant style, with more than a dozen display panels made of LED backlit light boxes, and a short video carefully produced by oilfield personnel played on a loop on an electronic display screen, fully demonstrating the good image and brand strength of the petroleum enterprise. In addition, the product brochures were produced in Chinese, English, and Russian versions for the first time, and three staff members served as Russian interpreters in the exhibition area to facilitate exchanges and negotiations between domestic and foreign merchants.
Six exhibitors—Equipment Manufacturing Group, Chemical Co., Ltd., Chuangye Group, Kunlun Group, Water Affairs Company, and Power Group—actively cooperated and each brought out its own "flagship" products. It is understood that the products exhibited by Daqing Oilfield this time involved four major categories—chemicals, building materials, equipment manufacturing, and civilian products—with nearly one hundred products in total. Among them, in addition to its main products such as fluorescent whitening agents and anti-corrosion oil pipes, Chuangye Group also exhibited for the first time its newly developed industrial process automation and power automation products; Kunlun Group focused on displaying steel-skeleton plastic composite pipes, "Youlong" cement, "Qingrui" coatings, and other products; the Chemical Group exhibited various types of chemical products such as methanol, liquid ammonia, acetic acid, and alkanes; the Water Affairs Company highlighted its Quanyun series drinking water and fiberglass and other signature products, and also promoted and introduced the Heiyuhu Ecological Scenic Area; the Power Group focused on displaying its advantages in power line and grid maintenance and operation support, and in special technical services for power gas turbines.
The splendid appearance of nearly one hundred products from Daqing Oilfield attracted many Chinese and foreign merchants to extend the "olive branch" of cooperation. The petroleum machinery products of the Equipment Manufacturing Group have always been well received by the market; in particular, pumping unit products have been sold to 14 countries including Canada, the United States, and Australia, with cumulative exports exceeding 4,000 units. During this expo, products such as pumping units and electric submersible pumps exhibited by the Equipment Manufacturing Group caught the attention of many buyers, and the contract value signed on the first day alone reached 44 million yuan. In the end, the group signed six sales projects with domestic manufacturers such as the CPL Tuha Business Division and with foreign manufacturers from the United States, Sudan, Canada, and other countries, covering perforating equipment, electric submersible pumps, and pumping units.
At the same time, Kunlun Group signed cooperation projects with seven units including Tianjin Dingzheng Printing and Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. for "Changyuan" brand steel-skeleton plastic composite pipes, "Qinggang" brand BOPA film, and "Youlong" brand cement; Chemical Co., Ltd. signed two sales projects for pentane foaming agent and liquid ammonia with units such as Tianjin Xinlongqiao Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd.; Chuangye Group signed four sales projects for triethyl phosphite, fluorescent whitening agents, and wireless wellhead data acquisition systems with four units including Jilin Shengfeida Economic and Trade Co., Ltd.; and the Water Affairs Company signed two sales projects for fiberglass pipes and the Quanyun beverage series with units such as Huaneng Daqing Thermal Power Co., Ltd.
The signing of these projects not only created considerable economic benefits for the oilfield, but also fully demonstrated the strong strength of Daqing Oilfield and further enhanced its visibility, reputation, and brand influence.
