On June 18, the China-Africa Exchange Meeting on BIM Technology and E-commerce Platforms in the Construction Industry was successfully held at Glodon Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Glodon).
　　A government delegation of infrastructure construction representatives from African countries including Comoros, Lesotho, Ethiopia, Malawi, South Sudan, Zanzibar, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique visited Glodon and held face-to-face in-depth exchanges with Glodon's management team and dozens of Chinese enterprise representatives on trade, investment, cooperation, and other issues in the construction sector between China and Africa. Focusing on BIM technology and e-commerce platforms, this international exchange event further promoted the sharing of resources and expertise between China and African countries in the field of infrastructure construction, and played an important role in advancing China-Africa exchanges, enhancing mutual trust and understanding, deepening friendship, and promoting the construction industries of both sides.
 
　　At the meeting, Mr. Diao Zhizhong, Chairman of Glodon, first delivered a welcome speech, expressing his honor in welcoming the ministerial-level government officials from African countries and the Chinese construction enterprise representatives, and introduced Glodon and its senior management team. Mr. Zou Chuanming, President of the Academy for International Business Officials under the Ministry of Commerce, introduced the participating ministers from various African countries. Mr. Zhao Heng, Manager of Glodon's International Project Department, delivered a speech on "Localized B2B E-commerce Platforms for Chinese Outbound Investment Enterprises," and Mr. Liu Gang, General Manager of the Industry Knowledge Management Department, delivered a speech on "The Application Value of BIM-Centered Information Technology in Large-Scale Projects." Participants engaged in interactive exchanges and discussions on the topics of the speeches, and the atmosphere was lively.
 
　　As a cornerstone of informatization in China's construction engineering field, Glodon was honored to be entrusted by the Academy for International Business Officials under the Ministry of Commerce to host this international exchange meeting. Since acquiring Finland's Progman in March, Glodon has accelerated its internationalization drive. Following its reception of a delegation from the Finnish Embassy in China in May, hosting the government delegation on infrastructure construction from African countries once again fully demonstrates that Glodon's international reception capabilities are continuously improving, while also highlighting its determination to accelerate its internationalization process.
