During the commodity trade exhibition of the 20th China Lanzhou Investment and Trade Fair, Taiwanese specialty products such as Buddha Treasure Tea, white pomelo ginseng, and strong soil activator attracted a large number of visitors who stopped to admire them. Taiwanese businesspeople attending the exhibition said they hoped to seek cooperation opportunities through the commodity trade exhibition and open up a sales path in northwest China for Taiwanese specialty products.

At the booth of Taiwan Huayu Development Co., Ltd., fresh fruits from Taiwan such as mangoes, grapefruits, and jackfruit attracted many customers. "We found during the exhibition that people in northwest China have a high level of recognition for Taiwanese fruit. The Gansu market has great potential. We are looking for agents in Gansu and striving to bring fresh Taiwanese fruit into the homes of people in northwest China as well," introduced Chen Binghui, a staff member of the company.

During the commodity trade exhibition, in addition to Taiwanese fruit catching the eye, a series of advanced biotechnology products also attracted visitors' attention. Ke Dongyang, deputy chief engineer of Taipei Xinyichang Chemical Co., Ltd. from Taipei, Taiwan, brought biotechnology products such as strong soil activator and organic fertilizer bacteria to this exhibition. "These products have mature technology and are environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and are worth promoting. We want to open up the market in Gansu when conditions are ripe."

Taiwan Aikangxing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the research, development, and production of biotechnology elements and the research, development, and manufacturing of medical beauty and health food. Yang Shaohua, marketing assistant of the company, introduced that nowadays, as people on both sides of the strait pay increasing attention to health care and wellness, this has laid a solid foundation for cooperation between the two sides.

During interviews, many Taiwanese businesspeople said they were willing to carry out cooperation negotiations and project matching with Gansu and other northwest regions to achieve win-win results, and hoped that relevant departments could build platforms similar to trade exhibitions to further promote economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Gansu and Taiwan.

At this year's "Lanzhou Fair," the Taiwan exhibition area had a total of 58 booths and 32 participating enterprises, with exhibits covering areas such as snack foods, handicrafts, outdoor products, cosmetics, and clothing.
