北京市大兴区旧宫镇的天上天建材家居大世界楼顶，出现了约2000平方米徽派风格的仿古建筑，被人质疑这是继“人济山庄”之后的又一“牛违建”。 18日，北京电视台报道，在大兴区旧宫镇德贤路附近的一家商城楼顶，“惊现”一组约2000平方米的徽派建筑。视频中，走廊、庭院、牌楼一应俱全。 19日上午，一名张姓男子表示自己是北京天诚信托有限公司的员工，楼顶的徽派建筑属于公司。他介绍，顶层的建筑是公司在一年多前从另一家公司手中购买的，当时顶层就已有房屋，徽派建筑是后续的装修，面积约2000平方米，并未加盖其他建筑。但对于楼顶建筑是否有相关的审批程序，他表示不清楚。 目前，当地政府已开始对商城顶楼建筑进行调查。 |
