据报告，山西地区下游需求疲软，产销严重失衡，目前水泥价格继续底部徘徊，太原部分中小企业因亏损处于停产状态，已不对外报价。据了解，太原区域水泥产能已达1700万吨，年需求量预估在800万吨左右，属于严重过剩区域，自2012年底太原水泥价格跌至290元/吨的历史最低点。
