　　『Promotion and Publicity』

　　1. This exhibition will adopt an international, professional, and branded operation model. The organizers will focus on inviting key industrial manufacturing enterprises, research institutions, and related equipment demand units from within the province and neighboring Shandong, Henan, Anhui, etc., to form delegations to exhibit and visit.

　　2. The Xuzhou Municipal Government will issue documents to organize local large enterprises and institutions, foreign-invested enterprises, and key units under construction, reconstruction, or expansion to visit, with focus on inviting heads of construction machinery, energy, metallurgy, chemical, and machinery manufacturing enterprises for exchange and negotiation.

　　3. The organizing committee will arrange product presentations and negotiations with key customers. Through the strong enterprise database of the committee's information department, 100,000 visitor tickets will be sent to industrial and mining enterprises and related units, research institutions, design institutes, and agents/dealers nationwide. According to exhibitors' requirements, dedicated personnel will be sent to the city and surrounding provinces to organize decision-makers from procurement departments of key reconstruction, expansion, and construction projects, and power units to come for procurement negotiations.

　　4. Arrange negotiations with key users according to exhibitors' requirements. Exhibitors may also provide a list of key customers for the organizing committee to invite uniformly, and organize the provision of the latest market information and conditions of relevant industrial sectors in Jiangsu.

　　5. Through TV, radio, newspapers, bus advertisements, outdoor billboards, professional websites and magazines, letters, fax, and email to release information, carefully organize reports, and systematically publicize.

　　『Registration Procedure』

　　1. Fill in the "Exhibition Application Form" and fax or mail it to the organizing committee with the official seal, along with a 300-word company profile.

　　2. After registering according to the number and area of booths applied for, pay the booth fee to the organizing committee within 7 days and confirm the booth. Overdue, the organizing committee has the right to adjust the booth.

　　3. The organizing committee determines booths on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement." The organizing committee reserves the right to adjust a small number of booths. Booth locations are subject to the "Booth Confirmation" issued by the organizing committee.

　　4. Within one month before the exhibition, the organizing committee will fax the "Admission Notice" and "Exhibitor Manual."
